Ruben did not let me know when my vehicle was done. I had to call the service center to check if my car was finished. He also did not fully explain what they worked on my car. He also did not consult me if I wanted to get my tires checked which on the receipt it is a CA regulation. However, on the final receipt, it stated that I declined that option, which to be perfectly clear. I did not. Ruben was not very informative at all. One of the worst experiences ever. This service center ****!

Received the worst treatment today. Took my car in to get the windshield looked at due to a rock creating a crack. I was told the person would “see” if they can repair. While attempting to repair this quarter sized crack, they managed to expand the crack 6-8 inches. Bryan assumed me it was at the fault of the service guy, however in attempting to “fix” the issue, the crack spread.
No one informed me my car was sitting in the lot, I had a work call and saw it. I had to wait for Bryan to return back from lunch because no one else would assist me. Upon his return, he was rude, inconsiderate of my questions of concern and for lack of a better term, a smart ****.
In my opinion, this dealership wanted me to pay out of pocket because my coverage only covered repairs of a windshield and not a replacement. I left with a bigger issue and now have to report this to my insurance.
Your service associates need to be more organized and take customer service training. I’ve heard on more than one occasion jokes being made of customers. Unprofessional!!!
