Why your company stops serving your customers the pick up/drop off during the day of car service( maintenance).? Not easy to wait longer for the car done of service ..at your office… COVID 19 is done…There is no reason why you can not continue your good service to your customers…sooo frustrating on our part… we need to find somebody to help us yo be picked up and dropped off…. We already experiencing the bad effect of factory defect of our car, still we ‘re having problem of pick up / drop off situation..

My dad took my car in and was there for more than 5 hours only to be told that nothing was done to the vehicle since they didn't have the part for it. I also had asked him to mention a couple of other things I noticed with the vehicle (brand new car) which I had not noticed. (The more days you have a car the more time you have to notice things). They refused to look at it since I had not mentioned it in the call when I made an appointment. It just felt like it was a waste of his time

Dropped car off at 8am, promised to be ready by 12:00; had to call at 1:00 and receptionist said nobody in the service department was picking up the phone. Called again at 2:00, and once again told nobody was available to answer my call. Asked for manager then was told that he wasn’t answering. At 2:10 had a friend drive me to dealership to Inquire about my car in person and possibly speak with the general manager if necessary.
