The vehicle inspection report was incomplete. Part of the B1 service was suppose to be a full inspection of the brakes and the brake condition regarding the left/right brake was incomplete. I trusted Norm Reeves to provide the best care for the high cost of the oil change and instead I left disappointed by the quality of care. The service technician appeared irritated by my questions. I don’t mind overpaying for quality care but I feel like I overpaid for basic work and below basic customer service. I will not be returning in the future to the service center.

Miguel was great. However, my car was side swiped on Saturday 8/19 around 4:30 pm on the premises of Honda service department. Miguel made sure to get the information from the owner of the car who hit me. I'm sure if he didn't, then Norm Reeves Honda would be obligated/liable to pay/compensate me for the damages.

The customer service was great. The only concern I have is that I took my vehicle in for an oil change, not my daily driver, and when I picked it up the tire pressure warning came on immediately after leaving. I barely drive this car and the tires seem fine and it is just very inconvenient seeing the warning flash on screen constantly.

I don’t believe that my tires were rotated as the rims were dusty when I dropped off my vehicle and they did not have fans marks from when they were “rotated”. It’s not the first time so notice this however am charged for the service. Just being completely honest.

I have been a loyal customer for over six years. I have had no reason to question service recommendations or feel that I have been cheated. Today I feel a bit uncomfortable.
When I was asked by 2 seevice agents about why I was there, I repeated twice that I was there for an oil change and that there was a possibility that filters, cabin filters needed changing. I was told that if there waa anything found, I would receive a text with the additional findings. The only text I received was that my car was ready for pickup.
Usually I read the finds of the inspection immediately, today I didn't. When I finally slowed down to read the inspection report I found that the engine filters were in need of immediate attention, yet I was not notified as I have been in times past. Had I been informed, I would have okayed the work, because I was prepared due to my making reference to this work at the start of my visit. I was not in a rush and would have waited for the appropriate service to be completed.
I enjoy my car a great deal, and have made sure that all maintenance has been taken care of.
Today, I am not happy.
