Michael Barr was very helpful and I was pleased with his attitude/customer service. I just wished I was informed of the problems/concerns of my vehicle they had earlier instead of after I already picked up my car.

It would be nice if when setting appointment there was no wait for drop off. Additionally I was asked to prove I had an appointment by showing a text message confirmation.
Lastly, for pick up, rather than going to a cashier to pay and pick up
I had to again wait for the service agent that checked me in. After asking another representative if he could help I was told twice that I had to wait for my representative. After about 20 minutes standing at the counter waiting the other representative helped me pay for service so I could take my vehicle and leave. Not the first time I have had this type
Of experience just the first time I’ve provided feedback. I will be avoiding Norm Reeves in the future.

Took my car in for some regular maintenance service maintenance oil change and brake fluid and then I was told by my service advisor Thanh savvier that I needed I I needed I had two warrantee recalls so and so I had that taken care of and then also he told me that my brakes were really bad so I also got my breaks. I’m so glad that he advises me of that and I trust him and he’s really really good and patient And I feel very confident with him so I thank him very much
