Trevor was amazing he heard my concerns and within 5 minutes he called someone had a plan and an estimated time for my car to be there which was only two hours He didn’t hesitate to help me or question my concerns When we came back we got our car and we were on our way We have his card and we will be going here instead of Huntington Beach from now on

I have proof that there are items that I paid for that were not performed. No tire rotation was done to the vehicle.
Also, the technician did not attach the cover under the vehicle after the oil change. When I drove off the lot, I dragged that cover half a block. When I got back to the dealer, it was all mangled up. All the technicians did was put zip ties and cover it up under another plastic cover from the car to hide the damage done due to their negligence. Very poor service. As a paying customer I entrusted in this business to fulfill everything that’s being paid for. I will no longer do business with Norm Reeves Honda as this isn’t the first time I have issues with you guys. I’ll take it a step further and steer my loved ones away from this facility as well. Very upset customer that was lied to and taken advantage of by this crook facility.
