I had my appointment at 10:40am I did get there on time by the time I was checked in it was 10:48am also the time I had on paper work it would be done at 12:00,pm it was done till 02:00,pm.If I didn't go check what was the status I guess I would still be there till closing.i think and then again the representative didn't attend me it was someone else and he didn't really explain ir right to me on the paper work he handed to me then I he told me my vehicle would be on the right side
It wasn't it was across from the parking lot from the service department till the end wich I seen the other customers there car was brought to them.

My issue is the wait time. My appointment was at 12:40pm. I arrived at 12:15. My car was ready until 2:45pm. I think that’s ridiculous for a simple oil change. This is not the first time this happens. It’s the reason I hesitate to take my car for service with you guys.

Jonathan was able to help me with my issue regarding water corrosion inside my left taillight and was manage to let me know that the part was ready and good to go. He and one of his supervisor (I don’t remember his name but he was behind Jonathan’s row) were both chill. Took about 2hrs but got the job done under warranty.
