This is my third time working with the service supervisor, and I can say that this is the first time I was satisfied. I will give Mr. Ruben Marquez 10 out of 10 because he is just so nice, pleasant and respectful. His personality fits his job. I hope that he will be a role model to other supervisor because his really one of a kind. Hoping to see him again in my next service. Thank you, Mr. Ruben Marquez!

He goes well above his job to make sure my vehicle was properly serviced. It has muiple issues that we couldn’t figure out right away but he believed me and found the root cause. On August 19th, I encountered a safety hazard arising from the service provided by Norm Cerritos Auto. During the service, my front windshield on both the driver’s and passenger’s sides was damaged. Unfortunately, Anthony Ortiz, the mechanic responsible for pulling apart my dashboard to repair the under-warranty AC compressor, did not make a note of this damage. Consequently, he failed to inform me about the cracked windshield that spanned across. Ortiz assumed that my car was already in this damaged condition when I brought it in for servicing, even though there was no prior record of such damage. Despite reporting the issue and sharing photos, Norm Reeves has refused to schedule an appointment to rectify the damages. Neither did they follow up after receiving the photos. I also reported the damages and obtained a case number through Kevin Harris and the Honda website.

Spent almost $4000 on my car & 2 days later it is worse off. Car broke down. Won't go in reverse (after transmission fluid change). Grinding rotating noise from front wheels (after new brake job) & sounds like the front end is loose (metal on metal sound over every little bump) & going to fall off (after front end was inspected for soft shocks)!
