In my opinion, the wait time was too long. Even though I had an appointment it took more than 3 hours to complete the service of my car, during which my car was just sitting in the parking lot for more than 2 hours and then finally got picked up because the agent marked it as expedited else it would have been even longer.

When I brought the car in, I was informed that the issue was ‘cosmetic’. At the end of the day, I was informed that my vehicle needed a part, which would take a week to arrive at your dealership. I also received a text stating that my car service was completed. I left a message for the service advisor this morning to call me and clarify the status of my service. I am awaiting the call. I picked up my car last evening, rather than leave it at your dealership for a week. I need someone to clarify for me this conflicting information.
