Michael Vasquez was helpful with the recent service, but it took him approximately 1 1/2weeks to respond to E-Mails and voice messages.
The recent service was to reseal the windshield which was replaced by Norm Reeves Honda back in Jan. 2023. This is the third time that the vehicle has been into Norm Reeves for windshield related issues.
My general experience with Norm Reeves service department has not been acceptable.. The personnel in the service department are NOT helpful at all. Past experiences with Bryan Salas and Trevor Rodriguez have been terrible.. My wife and I purchased extended warranty on our vehicle.. I am really second thinking the extended warranty if we have to deal with Norm Reeves Honda.. I can be reached at ****-****-xxxx if anyone cares to discuss these issues/ concerns..

Ruben came through for me. Exceeded my expectations with me bring my car for the first time for warranty work. Didn’t have an appointment since I had just bought the car Saturday night and had issues right away with the AC. Dropped it off around 8:30am, car was ready around 11am. Super happy with that. Ruben was very approachable and fun to talk too. Good job NRH for having a great team member.

Made appointment on the phone, agent advised I can get the car back on same day at closing time. So I got my Saterday booked but adviser said I gotta leave the car for 3 days, ridiculous. Just wasted my day. Plus, agent who took my appointment said I have extended warranty, but advisor said I gotta pay 160 fee for check the car, if they don't find the problem. This auto idle issue was hot for lots of pilot and it was just 300 miles over from 36k. I know you guys are busy and all but hate how the customer services, and this even make me to consider not to get honda anymore.
