not Steve but on arrival I waited 15 minutes on schedule appointment. then was told it would take 1 hour to 1 hour and a half for an oil change. Also I mentioned pervious to my appointment to check oil seals. when they finished I asked did they check for leaks they said no one checked I was disappointed in that

All is well, but there needs to be clearer communication as to when my car was ready for pick up. The text message I received indicated that there were other suggested maintenance items. I thought I was being asked if I wanted to complete these items now. I responded to the text that I did not want those other items completed now and never received a follow-up text making it clear that my car was ready for pick up. I’m sure the text I received is auto-generated. It needs to be reworded though. i.e. “ Hi Kelly, This is your Javier Pena from Norm Reeves Honda. Your service is complete and your car is ready for pickup. Please click on the link at the BOTTOM OF THIS MESSAGE and enter your cell number to view the update on your Multi Point SAFETY inspection and issues on your Honda that require attention.
