I was first told I would be charged $254 and then was charged $293 instead. Prior to that I was told car battery only costs $202. The employees literally have one job to provide the right information. Why would you provide false information and charge $40+ more after the service is done. That leaves me with no choice to make a decision but pay. Very bad service and untrained workers.

Shenanigans!! You shouldn’t have people make appointments and hang them out to dry when you don’t have the proper service personnel to conduct the work being performed. I bought my tires from you guys thinking I would get proper support; however, actions speak louder than words. I came in for a simple tire rotation , which was free of charge (thank you for that), but I had an appt for 10:40am ; did not get out of your service Facility until 2:45pm…. And the sad thing is that I didn’t drop the car; I waited. Joe Vargas said it won’t take long and gave me false hope… and I thought having an appt made a difference… and when I questioned him around 1pm to just do a simple inquiry, he told me tha if I looked around I could see that they were busy and he dismissed me. He was actually rude which is surprising because he was the one who sold me the tires last service appointment. I had an obligation to take my daughter to work and was vastly approaching the point of no return where she would have to bail on her shift. I got a bit miffed and told him I wouldn’t be coming back for any more tire rotations since it was taking so very long. He didn’t care and turned and walked away. I went back to the lounge littered with half conscious people and joined the massing in hope it would my car would be tended to. After all it had only been 2.5 hrs. Well, I saw my car pull up around 2:10pm and then returned to try to find Joe Vargas… he said that I would get a call once the car was ready… guess what? No call. No text. No nothing. There was a group of young men chatting and hanging about so I told them that this was my car and I needed to check. They kindly directed me to inside office to check out. I rep greeted me and said that they would page Joe to have him complete the paperwork. I went over to his station and found my paperwork was just sitting there On the work order was a time written un black marker reading 1:45pm I’m can’t say for sure; but if that was the time was when it finished why didn’t anyone; Joe included; contact me to let me know it was ready; or did they begin at 1:45pm and it only took less than 45 minutes to complete and I had wasted my time making an appointment and waiting several Hours for what was an extremely short service performance and then being shoved aside as if in a mill and forgotten about. So my experience is subpar. Turns out Joe Vargas was “at lunch” and so I didn’t get out of there until 2:45pm. There was another service agent that finally stepped un but I’m telling you I will seriously think twice before returning. I know you guys like to make your profits but come on… we keep coming here because it’s Good service with people who care… I don’t care if it wasn’t a charge for the service as the rotation was included with the purchase; it was sheer principle. Your business ethics have been overshadowed by your desire for profit and just in my case alone, your reputation has been compromised. Sorry, no good review this time. Joe Vargas needs to have an attitude adjustment… the Customer is paying his wage and he is able to feed his family. No Customer… No Wage. Who takes lunch at 2pm and not have your stationed covered by letting a co-worker know what to expect and follow up. And Norm Reeves Honda’s Reputation and my word of mouth opinion has fallen in the negative. This report may seem petty, but it wasn’t for me. Your service area has become a Mill. Maybe you guys should triage better and not try to screw people out if afternoon of their life. Sad really, you guys make bank On parts and labor and never gave a thought of the time spent by your Customers. We pay all the way around… please treat us better. My experience was deplorable.

I didn’t appreciate one of the workers driving my car around the lot and almost getting hit by a car coming in. I stood there watching it all happen.

The service from Brian was not great, he did not meet my requests. He told me the service would take 2 hours when in reality it took almost 4 hours for an oil change. After the 4 hours he took his lunch break and had it not been for me calling and asking about the service,it would have taken much more time. Not only Brian however, the majority of the Honda representatives have bad service. I don’t feel valued while I’m at Honda. The only person who has always helped me is Christina, thanks to her she always resolved my issues that I’ve had with not only my car but Honda representatives as well.
