My experience there today was terrific! Trevor was professional, knowledgeable, and even quite personable with a great attitude so very early in the morning! A big plus this morning too was that my car was ready to go much sooner than was estimated. Thank you for the exceptional efficiency all around. ….. especially to Trevor!!

I made an appointment at 9am on 9/11/23. When I arrived, I waited 40 minutes until someone would check me in. What’s the point of making an appointment when it takes 40 minutes to check in!? The frustrating thing is, everyone behind me was checked in except for me. What gives? Everyone seem to ignore my vehicle. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received from a Honda dealership. I went to car pros and goudy honda before for services and their services are so much better than norm reeves. I will not be returning here.

I honestly thought by making an appointment it was going to be faster but when I looked at the paper Miguel gave me it said I didn’t have an appointment and then when my car was done it was literally in the front of the store on with the window down for like ten minutes on and I still had to go ask for it and to find out the paperwork said it was a drop off which I never said I was at your facility at 9:35am didn’t get checked in till 9:52am and my car was done till 12:15 pm but I got a msg that it was done at 10:00am to my phone
