I was very disappointed in Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos. The technician didn't even look at one of my concerns with my Odyssey. I ended up paying a diagnostic fee for something that didn't even exist. A diagnostic was given for a motor mount. My initial concern had nothing to do with something in the engine. I never felt the vibration that the technician diagnosed. I am concerned about the honesty and loyalty to Honda vehicle owners by Norm Reeves. I ask my self how did the technician diagnosed something that the physical owner of the vehicle never felt? There was no such vibration. I believe that a expensive diagnostic was given just because they wanted to make money off of something that never existed. I got charged a diagnostic fee and my initial concern, the vacuum cleaner and the issues it was causing was never addressed!I confirmed that the technician didn't look at the vacuum cleaner because upon checking the same issue was still there, the vacuum would not turn on. I was wrongfully charged for something I never said to look at. I paid for the sake of needing my vehicle within the hour. So sad to say that. Reputable corporation would not want the best interest of their customers!

I apologize for the inconvenience.I took my car in to get it serviced for the engine light,which resulted to be a problem with the purge valve flow.After getting it serviced I took the car to get the smog test done and it failed emission due to the following:

P145C
Clearly,the problem wasn’t corrected because the codes are still appearing.And this is why I returned the car.I also noticed that the steering wheel was shaking when I drove out of the dealer.I took a look at the tires and particularly noticed black rubber markings on left front rim.Thank You for taking the time to correct these problems.I’m looking forward to positive news.

I don’t like the way she’s talking to me
On 9/10/23 at 8 am ,I drop off my car Honda pilot EXL at the dealer Cerritos there is recall on it and need maintenance
After I drop off I asked for a ride , she told me there is no ride and this is not my first time going to the dealer. Usually when I go there they give me a shatil to go home.
After they fix my car, I ask to reimburse my Uber payment which is in $65 the ride from home to the dealer and from dealer to the home. And they did not pay me that.
