Told the lady making my appointment that I need to pick up my twins from school at 11:00am. She made the appointment at 9:20 and said for an oil change they do it in 55mins. She said she would make a note that I have to be out by 11 to be sure. 11:00 comes around and my car isn’t done, then someone helps me and says it was promised at 11:30 which no one told me otherwise I would have left and not waited, so I grabbed my car which had not been worked on and the school was upset with me as I was 15mins past pick-up time.

Trevor has excellent customer service skills. He’s polite and very thorough with explanations of the problems of the car and gives you good advice on how to fix the problems. He didn’t even charge me for the inspection which helped me financially. I know for sure he will be person I would request for every time I need car service.

Without even explaining what that is. Also last time i was there they told me that my brakes needed to be fixed, i did not fix them
Yesterday they said that my brakes wre fine…I still have th paperwork were says all that needed to be done on the brakes
