I went in to Honda in Cerritos to get assistance with my sunroof that got jammed on my 2023 Passport and when I was there I also asked for an oil change and to address the recall on the car. When I picked up my car I was told everything was fixed but the sunroof was not fixed and when I came back to mention it the person helping me (Bryan Salas) was gone and Julie Canalés told me there wasn't any notes about the sunroof. I asked for help on it and they asked me to leave my car but I am no longer able to leave my car another day. I called back the next day 9/1/2023 and was told by Bryan Salas that he ordered a part for my sunroof that can take up to a year to arrive. The service was really bad on his behalf and was very rude with his responses.

I’m 100% unsatisfied with the job done on my car. They did not put the cover that goes under the engine properly. I was on the freeway and the cover became lose and it hit the pavement and at the speed I was going the cover bended. Now I cannot drive the car without hearing noise because the cover touches the ground and makes a loud noise. I believe other stuff also broke. I called a half hour ago and was told they would call me back and nothing.

Not sure how it helps me with having a Honda Care and also making an early appointment for just oil change when I see walk-in customers coming after me and getting services done and leaving before me.
The representative helping me out was annoyed because I wanted him to check if he could somehow expedite the process and I was not willing to spend my time and money on the services he was recommending me to do.
