So many things went wrong with my overall experience which is NOT the norm with Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos. Check in was a little rocky, as I was not assigned to an advisor once they realized my advisor of choice, Julie, was not in yet. I watched 4-5 people get checked in before anyone bothered to tell me “oops we will assign you to a service advisor asap” this was about a 20ish minute wait. I showed up a little early to my 740 appt time, but it seems like it doesn’t matter what time I show up, everything always runs late. I’m pretty confused as to why you have appointment slots but have very little follow thru of sticking to any resemblance of order when it comes to having appointment slots be attended to. Maybe overbooking/overlapping is too much work for your employees and you should treat them better by spacing out the appointments so they don’t have to be rushing rushing. Normally a later check in time doesn’t really bother me but this time with everything else that was just unfortunate. Julie is a great service advisor so this is no way a reflection on her but mainly a complaint to whoever checked, patched, and filled my tires. I came in for an oil change and Julie called and said I had a nail which I asked them to fix and rotate my tires as well. Everything was fine, but after I left the dealer, my tire light went off and luckily I was near my tire shop and had them check my tire. ONE OF MY TIRES WAS FILLED TO 47! 47! I’m not an expert on tires or cars, but I know my tires to my CRV should not be inflated to 47?! And all my tires were at 30?! The technician showed me and we just shook our heads in disbelief. I feel so luckily I wasn’t hurt due to a blowout or whatever worse that could happen from an overinflated tire. I’m not sure why the service was so bad today on Monday august 28, 2023, maybe overworked employees with little incentive to properly execute their job or just a string of unfortunate of events. Also the report said my battery was fine and was in no danger of dying, my battery died later that day and from the reading the battery technician did, it has little to no life left. I have photos. I called yesterday about the tire thing and was supposed to have someone reach out to me about the battery but no such call was received

I felt that the service advisor tried to upsell me before I'd even formally checked in, and then he failed to ask me about services that I had previously declined, but may have approved this time. Also, not related to the service advisor, after my car was serviced, it dripped oil on a new paver driveway. Not a good thing.

Appointment was at 8:20am I wasn’t assisted until about 20mins later when I got out of vehicle and approached the rep who I was assigned to.Customer service appears not to be priority. It was my first time getting vehicle serviced her and I was not satisfied with service.

Manny was great! This is the first time I was given an accurate time frame of when my vehicle would be ready. I would like to add that it would be great if there was a line for solely for those with appointments. Although my appointment was for 9:30 I wasn’t able to be seen until 9:50.
