I just wish that there was more of a focus on a respect for customers wait time. Although I’m satisfied with the overall work performed on my car. I wasn’t happy with the wait time or the attention to me as a customer. No one would help me, but only refer me to my advisor, who was unavailable. Which meant I had to wait 10-15minutes to pick up my car after I received the completion text. This is after I waited the 1.5hours for the service. I expected more especially after making an appointment.

Took mi almost 3 hours jut to mount a new tire
It was just to mount since I went the day before they couldn’t finish because some issues with inssurance I leave the wheel so they can change the flat tire to a new one and next day just stop by to mount it on the car
More the 3 hour and that was after I went to look for my car outside I went to ask for my key nobody knows where they were ????????????????????I did came whe Ramiro was in lunch but Jhonatan help me and then I guess he did not told him about me I was there waiting for him he was Sorprice he was like I thought you left already he did apologize but wasted of time
