I waited for 20+ minutes for somebody to check my car in so I can leave. I had an appointment and arrived early. There were six guys standing around looking at their phones who I had to approach twice and they were not helpful. They just told me no one is available to help and everyone's at lunch. I was not the only person waiting that long because nobody was getting helped. Finally I had to ask somebody else that was walking by and he connected me with Ruben Marquez who was expedient and professional.
