Whenever I take my car to this location the men are so rude the way they speak to me because I turn down a service is crazy it’s like customer service goes out the window. This time I went the representative asked me if I wanted to do a brake fluid when I spoke to my husband he said he will take care of it, and I told the representative that, and he literally laughed in my face. I don’t know if it was because I am a woman.
Two times before this one guy literally hand me off to another I guess because he didn’t care and I had to wait extra because they had to figure out who had my car again because I chose not to pay an extra service one time before this guy was really rude And gave me the impression that he just wanted me out of there . I am really considering going elsewhere for my service.

I came in for a transmission fluid service and tire rotation. Tire rotation was completed on atleast one tire but was not noted in the final report nor mentioned to me verbally during checkout. On final report, it stated all tires were inflated to factory specs, 5-10 minutes after leaving service station, low tire pressure alert light came on, I pulled over and manually checked air pressure on all 4 tires with my own tire pressure gauge that I had in my vehicle, all 4 tires had tire pressure between 20-25 when factory sticker states 33 PSI. I drive over an hour to get my vehicle serviced at norm reeves for the last 10 years since this is where I have leased or purchased my last 3 vehicles but I can’t stress how dissatisfied and disappointed with my recent service experience.

The drivers or the mechanics readjust the drivers seat. They adjust all of settings every time I bring my car for service. There is no reason to adjust the forward/backward of the seat and especially the lumbar setting. Sometimes they change the stations on the radio. Guess they think they’re cleaver. Also guessing that mgt does nothing to stop it. It makes me consider trying another dealership.
