I went to get my oil change at 7:13 am and my car was not finished until until 12:50 pm. Thats honestly ridiculous. I understand I had a nail in my tire but it shouldn’t have taken that long for an oil change especially when the guy told me it was only going to take an hour and a half which it actually took 4 hours and 40 minutes.

Called The service supervisor and Manny left messages, no response. Sent picture of my brake fluid cap, completely off and resting on the the rubber lip of Engine, when I got back home.Called three times, and was told manager would return my call. No response at all.Manny never called while I was waiting there about changing the brake fluid like it stated on my work papers. Going forward I will always inspect engine prior to leaving service area. Sheila M. Crowley

The service advisor never gave me a courtesy call to tell me why did the battery had to be replaced. I just got a text message saying my car is ready. I went to pick up my vehicle another service advisor help me check out,I asked him what was wrong with the battery that got replace it had only been a year that I purchased it. he said battery is just not working. That’s one of the reasons why I stopped taking my vehicle for service to this location customer service there is the worst from 1 to 10. 10 being the highest I give this location a 3.

Bryan Salas is great, Honda, however, has not at all lived up to its reputation. I will NEVER buy another Honda again. And given the size of Norm Reeves, you are greatly falling short in the customer care category! Wish I had my Toyota!

Julie is always friendly. Only downfall is the shuttle, it’s a huge inconvenience for us customers and considering how much business you guys have a shuttle to the mall a block over is not enough!
