I only knew my car was ready because I saw it parked on the lot. No one ever called me to tell it was done being serviced.

Amazing service from start to finish! Service advisor Trevor was exceptional. He was friendly, professional, helpful, and efficient. I went in for an oil change and he quickly checked me in and informed me of what to expect. Just an hour later, let me know the status and that the car was ready for pick up. When I arrived, he went over a couple of things in addition to the service that needed attention. He explained everything so clearly and patiently, especially when I asked so many questions because I don’t know too much about the services. He even pulled up images and pictures of the parts and valves, etc, to show me what the problems are. He wasn’t pushy or trying to scare me into getting anything done either. I absolutely felt that I could trust him with the services. I will definitely be referring friends and family to Trevor for all our service needs in the future! Thank you and keep up the amazing work! :)
