Today was the best day. Just when I thought that just maybe it would take long for my car to get serviced, boom! One hour later, my car was done. I walked in without an appointment and walked out one hour later.
Now tell me if that isn’t the best customer service one could ask for or even desire. Norm Reeves has the best staff ever. Came for a punctured tire that supposed to be covered by warranty as promised to replace a brandnew tire as promised when I purchased my tire warranty, I end up going home risking my safety and my son safety with punctured unsolved tire issues I ended up paying $400 for unexpected maintenance expenses and went to tire shop just to make sure me and my son will get home safe without knowing I can’t get a tire replacement from warranty very disappointed with the Honda Warranty and Services
