Bryan, huge thank you for your attentiveness to detail! Like always you provide exceptional customer service!! Thank you for bringing it up to my attention that my DRL headlight was out, and on top of that, letting me know these were covered by warranty as well! I appreciate the thoughtfulness on your part as you asked if I had time so the light could get replaced. When you initially mentioned the light was out I did not think you would be able to take care of that the same day! Amazing service!!
In addition, I really appreciate your time on explaining the reasoning why certain work needed to get done and why it was best to not prolong that work. Such as the transmission fluid change in addition to the brake fluid! I will definitely continue going back to get my cars serviced at norm reeves all thanks to you, Bryan!

The messages from the car maintenance Council seem to be out of sync with the regular maintenance. They have scheduled for the car which waste a lot of time bringing your car in knowing if it’s a problem with your car confusing, isn’t it
