Not that completely satisfied. 50/50. The agent told me that they will give me a call to pick up my car after the service. I was just waiting outside then i saw them parked my car meaning the service was done. I didnt go inside thinking they are assisting other customer and also because i have been told they will call me. So i waited for almost an hour and have not received a call. But then i decided to go inside to follow up my car and suprisingly the agent is doing nothing. Wondering why he did not call me. Thank God i went inside or else i will be waiting for long. Please let them know to do what they told the customer. Dont make us wait.. bad service!
