I was satisfied with the service rendered by your agent, but he told me to go outside and wait for my car. I waited for a while outside in the heat, but no one alerted me of my car being ready until I went back in and asked. The young men standing outside were busy on their phones the whole time.

Well. I decided to move to this Honda store because I thought it will be better service but it did not work that way first of all it was more than I expected the waiting time And in the other store is faster and provide coffee for free and water so that o didn’t like but the most of it was that in Honda of Downey they always wash my car for any service I do to my cars that’s all my comments thank you
