Never received update when vehicle was ready. Was over 3 hours Saw my car parked for a bit at parking lot and decided to go directly to a Service Agent to see what’s the hold up. Finally got keys by a different person and didn’t get told why i wasn’t notified when it was ready.
Ended up getting notification that my car was ready for pick up. However I was already home.

I am very upset . My vehicle would not immediately restart after turning off four times after leaving the dealership. It turns out the update was not completed as error message finally starting to show stating same. I had to walk about 15 to 20 minutes to restart the car after turning it off.
I am most upset about you or your manager or anyone else not returning my call when all this was going on.
Finally after four or five, I got a message saying the system update is now complete and I could drive the car.
