Last couple services have been good. But my last 4 have been terrible. I don’t even think they changed my oil when they gave me a free oil change for having me wait for my car over 6 hours even though it was ready in 2. Service has been either great or terrible might consider taking it somewhere else if I get another terrible service

I think my representative Joseph Vargas handled things as best as he could given the issues were from departments not related to him. He just had to be the face that dealt with others’ mistakes. When my service was done last week, it was not done properly causing two car parts to scrape against each other. The mechanics in charge of this made a mistake and were not careful which is unacceptable given the amount of money I am paying and the supposed reliability Honda provides. When I went today to pick up my car for the second time, the valet team misplaced my keys. Thank you to Joseph for handling others’ mistakes. Let’s hope these teams can learn from their carelessness take care of Honda’s valued customers.
