I have called since 230pm on 10/10/23 and left several messages for Jonathan Romero and the Service Manager and called again twice on 10/11/23 and left 2 messages and no one has called me back. I do not know if the issues that I took my car in were taken care of since it still shows that the oil life is at 20% and the recall notification is still showing.
