I appreciate that Michael delivers great customer service bur I don’t like how he doesn’t ask if what my car needs is in my budget at the moment. I originally went in to get an oil change and tire rotation and I was only supposed to pay $30 for the tire rotation but I ended up paying $75 because something else about the brakes was added. If he would have told me that it was needed I would have agreed but he didn’t ask and I don’t appreciate that. If I weren’t to have asked before signing he wouldn’t have told me what was added on.

I’m upset, disappointed with the service I received today. I’ve been coming to Norm Reeves many years even with different cars. I’ve never had issues with service there until today. I brought my car in to have front brakes replaced. I paid $557 for my front brakes and rotors replacement. When I picked up my car as soon as I drove my car off the lot my car died on me 3 times not even 1 mile from Norm Reeves. I immediately turned around and went back to service sept and told my service agent Ramiro what just happened. Ramiro had the service tech look at my car and said they ran a test and said there’s nothing they can do for me? I told Ramiro my car was running fine when I brought it in, my car has never stalled on me. just needed my brakes done. Ramiro then proceeded to say “well your car was shaky “ when I checked it in. It felt very accusative thatuuuyNo my car wasn’t shaky when I brought it in. The only car noise I heard was the brakes squeaking when I braked and that’s because I needed new brakes. I didn’t like the fact that he said there’s nothing they can do at this point. Since I felt like he had no empathy or wasn’t helpful I asked to speak to the manager. The female manager told me they can inspect the car but the car would have to stay overnight since it was 4:45 and they’d call me in the morning with the findings. She also told me they have no loaners for me to use but a valet driver can give me a ride. I have no other transportation and stuck without a car. I’m soo upset, frustrated and feel like I was ripped off. Something occurred during the multi point inspection which caused this. I’m now regretting bringing my car here for repair.
