No complimentary multipoint inspection paperwork received or discussed with my service advisor when I paid for my express oil change.
Also, engine oil palm print on driver side door sill ( have pic if needed ). Cleaned up with some degreaser after I got home but still an unforced error by the technician who handled my oil change service.

Wish car washes & complimentary coffee were offered. At this point using the pandemic as an excuse after 3 years seems like you’re trying to be cheap instead of offer value to customers. Service writer was nice and did job well, but the oil change took almost 2 hours to complete, don’t known why it would take that long.

It’s so unprofessional and upsetting that whoever performed the oil change on my 2017 Honda accord and drove it to park in the lot for pick up did not take accountability of there mistake. I left my vehicle there with trust and it was returned to me with a scratch/scuff on my front left bumper and driver side mirror. I walked away thinking nothing of it and hoping it was the dirt from my dirty car when a worker probably leaned on it. But when I washed my car the scuff marks was still there. I will not bring my car to Cerritos Honda again.
