Great customer services, plus he explained in detail what they were going to check for prior and after the service.

My vehicle had a “complete” inspection, and there is a message still indicating low tire pressure. Additionally, the windshield wipers appear to be functioning differently after getting my whole windshield repaired. It is very difficult and inconvenient for me to take my car in once again I will have to return next week.

Wonderful, and humane service. Trevor is a good person who cares not only for the integrity of the Honda service department, but he truly cares about his customers vehicles, and his customers lives. This is the only reason I stay with Honda. This dealership seems to see its customers as more than just another dollar. You see us. You are honest with us. You backup your repairs with photos, you only replace what actually needs to be replaced. My car was serviced perfectly at a reasonable price. The entire staff is professional, the Honda dealership was clean, and orderly. The reservationist was extremely professional and pleasant. I could not be happier with Cerritos Honda, and intend to be a loyal customer.

My car was ready for an hour and a half and no one decided to send a message after saying it was suppose to be ready in 15 mins. Never had to wait 4 hours for my car before.

Julie was professional and courteous. She went over all the key points of the inspection. Having her tend to my service needs was excellent. Unfortunately my visit was not all completely satisfactory, I witnessed 2 of the service staff members named “Angel and Anthony” get into my vehicle after it was parked in front of the service office. I was curious as to why they were moving my car and I followed to where they were taking my vehicle and witnessed “Anthony” nearly stall the vehicle numerous times and lurch it forward toward other parked vehicles. I was concerned that he may not have been adequate to drive a car with a manual transmission. When I approached the 2 I asked if it was within their policy and procedures to allow, train, or “show” new employees, drivers, or any other driver who does not know how to drive a manual transmission configuration, on customer owned vehicles. Angel replied that it was not normal. When I asked him why they thought it was a good idea both “Angel” and “Anthony” shrugged. My concern is that this is a normal operating procedure that norm reeves service department exercises, and that it could lead to unwanted damage and/or wear and tear to my and other customer vehicles. I addressed my concerns with Julie and she assured me she would bring it up to the service center manager. Upon further inspection, on the front bumper, driver side, of my car (2022 Civic Si) there was what appeared to be a mark that was not present before my arrival at Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos.

Ruben Martinez is my service manager for my car. Very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Ruben is a person I would rather prefer to handle my car every time I bring it in for service because I know whatever the car needs or any issues that it may have that he will handle the situation immediately.
