Release of the vehicle after repair was chaotic. The vehicle was ready and parked in the lane waiting to be released at 4.20 pm but no one cared to release it to me even though i was waiting till 5. I had to request multiple advisor to check on it. After payment and release they told me the keys are in the car and i had to look the car in the whole parking lot. After locating the car found out it was locked and no keys. Again had to find out advisor for the keys. By the time i was able to get out it was 5.30 pm. So lost more than an hour just for waiting on the car release.
If you dont have enough people on saturday afternoon to manage the release of the cars pls dont give appointments and have people wait for no reason! Very unprofessional. There were 3 other customers going through the same experience looking for someone to release their cars even though cars were finished working on and waiting in the lane.
