I don’t need a call. I have expressed my dissatisfaction with the service. My truck was leaking oil after an oil change and I had to return and get it fixed because service was done carelessly. I had to leave work early to get the work done which made it worse. You also keep texting my wife’s number when I have told people repeatedly to use my number since I’m the person who drives this truck.

My only concern is we received a recall noticed about the 2023 CRV AC and it states that it will only take a few hours before the it finishes. I reschedule the recall service again and the service advisor also told me that so far the AC of the CRV is not an issue. Then why do they sent a notice to us if its now an issue?

Trevor provided great service. I came in due to the service reminder alert from my car and had an idea of what I needed done. Trevor was able to quickly review my records and saw that I had some of the services performed recently and that I didn’t need them done again. I really appreciated that and I was able to save money. The mechanic then found I needed some other things taken care of and I approved them. My car is running great. I will be back for my next service.
