My Pilot got an alignment, I drove it today since I brought it home and it veers to the right. Also it had a timing belt change and now the revs are higher than normal. My car felt better before. Not satisfied with my service.

The technician forgot to replace the screws that hold the shroud that covers the bottom. As I drove home I noticed scraping noise and realized the aforementioned. I called the service department to speak to the manager, he said Honda cannot do anything until Monday, dismissing the fact that my car is my daily driver and cannot call in to miss work on Monday for the Honda and the technicians negligence. I want Honda to own up to the fact that I was inconvenienced since I had to pay someone near my home to fix Honda’s incompetence and the worst customer service after speaking to the Managet and dismissive behavior. Please know that I will never trust Cerritos Honda with my car.
