Items I brought to the representative, Steve for assistance apparently weren't considered important enough, regarding tire pressure sensor, as well as cell phone connection to car. He advised he would advise tech to check sensor & he would help me with phone when service was completed. He text me @ 2:27pm to advise car ready then I received call from another rep advising the same. I advise I'm on my way. However, when I get to desk I'm advised Steve is at lunch and there is no one available to help with phone! An entire dealership and NO ONE available to help with phone!!! Then I'm told I can wait another 30+ minutes for Steve after being at the dealership for 3 hours! Incredible!!!!

Trevor was awesome and knowledgeable and answered all my questions . From the start he assured me that there would be no oversight and that my problem should be covered. Turned out that I came in with a problem and they found out the leak was coming from bad strut which I’m glad they had in stock the vehicle stayed longer than i thought bout glad it was fixed the same day, just wished the car was washed kinda **** they did it for other cars but not mind

The rep helping was not friendly at all. It seems like it bothered him that I did want the extra services that I had to pay for that He offered and I declined. The guy that initially greeted me said that I can get a complimentary car wash, just ask the rep. When I asked he said that the dealer wasn't doing car washes. One said yes and the other said no.

I came in for a oil change service and was charged for other services I didn’t agree to my representative did not listen to me and I had to spend Money I did not have to get my car back was rushed with a crying baby and. The place was closing . Have called to speak with a supervisor numerous times since then and no one has returned my call in almost a week .
