Llevamos el vehículo a una revisión porque le Escuchaba un ruido en la parte frontal de la suspensión y el alineamiento en el vehículo, además de que el door panel están mal colocados.
Desde que llegamos fue pésimo servicio, nos atendió Bryan S. Y fue muy pedante en sus respuestas y actitud. El vehículo estuvo más de un día en revisión sin embargo, al final me dijeron que mi vehículo no tenía nada. En ese lapso me lo entregaron con 22 millas extras, supongo y entiendo que probablemente lo manejaron para diagnosticarle algo, Pero ni eso me explicaron. Mi molestia es que como cliente de Honda, al llevar mi vehículo a un servicio que es mi derecho y garantía me
Encuentre con gente que me trate con prepotencia, mal servicio, no sepa escucharme y no me den ninguna explicación de lo que le
Hicieron a mi vehículo regresándomelo exactamente con las mismas fallas con las que lo entregue pero con 22 millas de más. Posterior a ello quise dirigirme vía telefónica con el manager quien nunca recibió mis llamadas y mucho menos me las regresó. Definitivamente estoy decepcionado con esta agencia.
