I was not satisfied with your service. Because I was just going for an oil change and a light that said maintenance A7. Instead I was told that I also need it an alignment on my car my car is brand new car and I don’t think I need an alignment I do not drive my car many miles since I bought it. I don’t want your service and I was not happy at all.

I had very bad serviced experience this time. I found some abnormal sounds during driving and made an appointment on 11/4/2023. After checking, technician noticed the driver side wheel bearing failure, but need to wait parts coming until 11/8/2023. I dropped the car 8:40am and txt me ready to pickup around 4pm. When I started to drive my car, immediately found the scratching sound come from my driver side wheel. Due to pickup kids, I don’t have time back to check, but call the service person Manny Sanchez

I ask them to check if there was anything that needed to be fixed. They just sent me pictures without any explanation or prices. What am I going to do looking at a picture of an engine, they are very confused there. This is the second time ,same thing happened. It’s my mistake for going back there. All they can do is change the oil. That’s it. Nothing else. You would think that they would tell you and explain what repairs needed to be done. To get more customers and repairs. The service advisor I had was unnecessarily unpleasant. I informed them that I had a maintenance package that I purchased with the vehicle and they proceeded to treat me as if I was lying about having one. I let them know I had never paid since I had the car and they tried to “prove” me different. Provided the name of the company who the warranty was purchased through and they asked me for the number to the company, as if I’d have it then proceeded to tell me they were going to be on hold for 20 minutes, which was completely unnecessary, because what can I do about that?
Afterwards, when I retrieved my vehicle it turned out that the service was indeed covered under my maintenance package. I will say that they did try to apologize and be “friendly” at the end; however, it was an experience that was unnecessarily frustrating and the whole exchange could have been handled better. My car was ready fast though, so that part was great.
