I went in for an oil change, and was quoted a wait time of possibly 2 hours and it only took 30min. In that time, I went to the parts department and asked some questions and got my answers, and working with Miguel was such a pleasure. Not offered a tire pressure check yet final paperworks indicated that I turned it down.
No initial paperworks wher I signed off on services to be performed.
