My Experience on November 10, 2023 at Norm Revees Honda in Cerritos Ca. Was very upsetting and a very very Bad experience for Me. There’s Michael Vasquez and Kevin Harris (store Customer Relations Manager) I repeatedly gave in details my concerns on my First time buyer brand New 2024 Honda CRV E- XL Black. I had a few scratches (that should not be there on a 2024 car. The detail guy supposedly the Top guy detailed my car and didn’t see or noticed the scratch on the drivers door. I was told oh just bring it back. I was very Clear when Kevin Harris called me in Thursday 11/9/2023 to make the appt for Friday 11-10-23 at 7:30am with Michael Vasquez. Once I arrived I was handed over to Johnathan. At this point they all were brushing me off saying yea yea, I was given a loaner car after me waiting an hour at Enterprise when I found out they didn’t have any cars for Rental. I called Kevin Harris he told me to walk back over, I said Walk back ok. Mind you I had got a ride over to Enterprise but I had to walk back. At this time my Anxiety is on 100, I didn’t imagine spending my day off and morning this way. The rental car was filthy, dirty I had to go wash it at a car wash and vacuum it it was the most horrible experience EVER and for my Car to not get everything I explained when talking to Kevin and Michael. They all lied to me I felt attacked by all these men and Nothing got resolved. I left with my car only supposedly getting it detailed , I still have scratches on my side rear view mirror and on my driver door. I felt disrespected honestly I was treated with no dignity. No one could own up to my requests when I dropped my car off they kept putting the blame on the next man. Very bad poorly Customer service. I will make sure this Never happens to another Educated Women. To have a Store Manager there and not get my needs met and leave in tears is very Sad. They all made my first time buying a brand New car experience a very bad one. I’m still waiting on my money being reimbursed for paying to wash the Loaner car a white 2023 Honda Accord.
