Everyone we dealt with was very nice. They repaired a tire but didn’t clear the error code so we had to come back to make sure the tires were okay. But again… everyone was very nice.

Only one thing they didnt close hood properly, when I was driving on the fwy and had to do an an emergency stop, the hood opened up. Thats the only thing that I was not happy about it. Thank you.

Overall communication from most individuals in the Cerritos Honda service department, including management, is quite a disappointment and negatively impacts the ability to provide satisfactory customer service! This is the second time my new vehicle has been in for service in less than two months. On both occasions, I requested to speak with a manager regarding the lack of communication and clarity about the service to my vehicle. Neither time did I ever hear back from a manager even though I was told I would receive a follow up the same day. I’ve never met an advisor nor had the opportunity to discuss the work my vehicle required. The automated text message I received today indicating that my car was ready for pick up was allegedly signed by an advisor who I was told had the day off. At this time, I’d prefer to take my vehicle to a different location for service in hopes of receiving improved communication and overall better customer service in the future.
