I understand that you guys are busy but I was never informed of the status of my car and I had to contact Honda multiple times because my agent was away from their desk and had to wait and wait for any updates. On top of that the agent Ruben charged me more than he should have it wa supposed to be 99 because Maura said it was $99 and I told rinden that and he said he would charge me that piece yet I was charged more and of course he wasn’t at his desk when I pick up my vehicle: so I couldn’t asters my concerns.
