I’m not sure if all your advisers are supposed to push other services on you, but that’s what is always done by all your advisors. If a person is coming in for an oil change let them have an oil change only. As soon as I arrived johnathan noticed the screwdriver light on my vehicle, he open the hood noticed an oil leak on the gasket cover., when I asked him if that’s the reason he’s opened the hood he said, no, but no explanation and recommended I change the gasket cover or whatever it was he’s recommended under the hood, he came up with me getting a bundle but did not asked if I wanted the bundle service, he just telling me $124.00 it would cost me if it was a screw needed tightening, great! Have them tighten the screw but
don’t come charging me extra for other services I cannot afford at that
time. He still did not tell me if a screw were loose or not when I went to pick up my vehicle that was sitting ready and running in front of 3 other ones. While waiting with him he sent the text saying my vehicle is ready. Damn shame!!
