Reckless… I did change oil and filter and the oil life signal still on as a customer nothing said back to me . i was devastated for many years that I have doing this in Honda Service this my first time to encounter this kind of a shameful act. Joseph was great- I however called after I left because the tires said they were low and needed to reset calibration and there was no one that could answer this question when I called. Since it happened on my way home I was a bit frustrated. Do you not do safety check with oil change? And the washer fluid is also out. These are things that were s as Keats checked in my older car when I had oil changes from Goodyear.
