It took 7 hours to let me know the diagnosis and the part that was damaged more than $2,000.00 plus labor. My car only has 63,000 miles and this is se second major problem with my 2016 Honda Accord. I called Honda Co. to see if there was anything to help me with the part I sent all the paperwork but their answer was “no we can’t help you. This is my 3rd Honda but very disappointed.
