Vehicle was released passed the promised time but I see every other customers were on the same situation. Service was still worth the wait though with the honest inspections checklist.

I came in at 9:30am I didn’t get my car till 1:30pm I call the service department at around 11:30 am to find out if my car was almost ready the service reception told me that Trevor would get back to me he never did so I called at around 12:30 I asked the receptionist if she could find out when my car would be ready she said that Trevor said he’ll get back to me again he never did so around one I went up and talk to The service man to see why it was taking so long for them to work on my car it was only oil change so he went out and he came back with my keys my car has been parked out in the front for like an hour I’m usually happy but this time it wasn’t good experience I felt like Trevor was ignoring me

The rep had me waiting 1hr extra due to him not checking the approved additional services he text me. Also he forgot to change out my wind shield wipers that I requested. My appointment was at 720am and I left the Honda dealer after 11am. I had other obligations and wasn't able to return to the service Rep to have the wipers replaced.
