I took my vehicle at 9am and Bryan Raya failed to provide me with status. I called 3 times after 12pm and Bryan never contact me. I received my vehicle until at 3:30 pm and I had to call-in work due to lack of communication. I will never buy from Honda anymore their customer service is HORRIBLE! This dealer lost a customer this is my 2nd vehicle I purchased here, never again. The maintenance service turn around is ridiculous!
