The service was quick and I had questions which were answered by the finance department. However, I was upset when I found trash in my car and also a few items from my glove compartment on the passenger side floor. I understand I needed to get an air filter change, but I didn’t appreciate my belongings being on the floor. Also, Aaron was helpful, but he his demeanor seemed off. It was the end of the day so he was probably tired, but I also had a long day at work and would have appreciated someone who was a little more compassionate. Overall, it was a speedy service but I will be requesting help from another employee in the future.

My disappointment was with whatever technician finished my car. When I got to my car, an item from my glove box was laying outside on the cement. A few other things were left laying on the passenger seat. My dash display was left on oil life screen instead of returning to the speedometer screen, not a big deal but I would expect things get put back the way they were found.

I had an appointment at 8:00 Am it took 4 hrs for the oil change and rotate tires and I had a problem with the steering wheel I told the advisor the noise that was making and they gave me my car until 12:00 and not even fixed supposedly he ordered the part and is going to take 1-2 months ?? That’s a lot of time I’m so disappointed
