When your staff brought my Odyssey back to me, I saw many black stains on both front seats. I showed the staff the stains and ended up having to try and clean the stains on my own. In the past, at least the drivers seat was covered before pickup, but this time it was not.

The service I paid for was not rendered. I paid for an oil change which includes tire rotations. After picking up my car from Norm Reeves the low tire pressure icon appeared on my dashboard. I took my car back to Norm Reeves and was advised that the tire rotation had not been preformed. How can this happen if I paid for this service? They took my car in and we waited for over an hour. To my surprise as I was driving home my car was still showing the low tire pressure icon. I am very disappointed with the unprofessional service from the mechanics. I have taken my three cars to Norm Reeves Honda and have never experienced this issue. I will be taking my car first thing tomorrow morning and expect this issue to be resolved
