I came for an oil changed. Multiple inspection showed 4 concerns of need attention. None of them was explained to me and my car was already out for pick up. I didn’t get a chance to have them get it done or even question regarding the concerns.
The important one of concern that made me worry was “ found tensioner cover is leaking” Trevor did not mention nor explain anything!
Very dissatisfied.
Can anyone please explain this to me about the tensioner cover?
