Joseph was very professional and kind. He did not make me feel pressured to do things I wasn’t comfortable with. Which is usually the reason I dislike going to get my vehicles serviced. He took additional time to show me the services I had signed up for when I purchased my vehicle. He also educated me on services on my next visit that I maybe interested in. My overall experience with him was very positive and pleasant.

Also I had a recall and to renew my registration I need a certificate in which they did not provide so now I have to all the way back to the dealership and get my discount deducted from my $693.00 bill and get my certificate so I can renew my registration. What an inconvenience that could have been avoided. And also I overpaid
